How to Use Multimeter to Check Nozzle Heat-up Issues on Anet 3D Printer

• Testing the Heater Cartridge Resistance - should be something around 13-15 ohm.
  • if there is a resistance => the cable has no issue
• Checking the Hot End Heater Voltage at the Control Board
  • should be 24V when powered.
