Burnout
Everyone talks about “burnout” as something that happens when you work too much.
I see it far more in people who work a normal amount on things they know don’t matter. - twitter / HN

Burnout and exhaustion are not the same, burnout comes from a combination of six main factors:
- Unsustainable workload
- Perceived lack of control
- Insufficient rewards for effort
- Lack of a supportive community
- Lack of fairness
- Mismatched values and skills
