When doing local install npm fail to setup symlink properly, and you have to fix it manually.

ln -s ~/.local/node_modules/.bin/openfox ~/.local/bin/openfox

$ npm install --prefix ~/.local openfox

# Fix missing link
$ ln -s ~/.local/node_modules/.bin/openfox ~/.local/bin/openfox
